Crosslands Development Company, L.L.C. has purchased land located at the Southwest Corner of South Pennsylvania Avenue and Southwest 104th Street consisting of 0.80 acres from Michael D. Sheaffer and Terri J. Sheaffer co-trustees of the Daniel T. Sheaffer Family Trust and Bonnie Sheaffer Family Trust for $473,892. The Buyer will be building a child care center on the property.
