89 Enterprises, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 945 Southwest 119th Street consisting of 2.3 acres from Payda Carwash, L.L.C. for $450,000. The property will be utilized as a retail development. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
