Treadstone Financial as Qualified Intermediary for Torres – Evolution Canyon has purchased a property located at 47 Valleyview Road, Canyon, Texas consisting of 304 units from CEV Canyon LP for $9,825,000. The property will be utilized as a multi-family apartments and student housing. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at First American Title Insurance Company.
