Paradise Homes Development, L.L.C has purchased an industrial property located at 306 West Juneau in Purcell consisting of 104,000 square feet from C&C Alloys Properties, L.L.C. for $1,200,000. The facility will be utilized as a warehouse. Darryl Meason and Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Lyndsey Gibson.
