No Substitute, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 8014 North Western Avenue consisting of 10,878 square feet from Wilshire Crossing, L.L.C. for $765,000. The property will be used as an investment.  David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services. Closing was held at Trustmark Title Acquisition Group, L.L.C. by Amy Coker.
