800 W. Hefner Road Sold

Sean B. Ezell has purchased an industrial property located at 800 West Hefner Road consisting of 5,040 square feet from the Buddy A. Shadid Trust for $575,000, funded by Valliance Bank. The property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company.
