L4L, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 7015 West Hefner Road consisting of 2,400 square feet from Nasim Property, L.L.C. for $455,000. The property will be utilized as an investment. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at The Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
