JRUIZ Construction, L.L.C has purchased an office property located at 4612 North MacArthur consisting of 2,574 square feet from BMW Investments, L.L.C for $376,000. The facility will be utilized as a South American Cuisine Restaurant. Amanda Sullivan and Matthew Pierce with NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Alison Nobs.
