RG Ollie, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 6728 North Olie Avenue consisting of 4,082 square feet from Marcelino Garcia Trust for $720,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment. Sam Swanson, David Hartnack and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract by Teresa Koeppe.
