Hunter Grace, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 10 North Kimbell Road in Yukon, consisting of 2,562 square feet & 0.33 acres from Patriot Custom Homes, L.L.C. for $281,500.  The property will be utilized as retail development. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Alison Nobs.
