Land Sells north of Quail Springs Mall for Multi-Tenant Retail

Charlie Iman Properties, L.L.C. has purchased land located at Northwest 150^th and Redbreast Drive consisting of 3.3 acres from Quail Springs Land Development, L.L.C. for $800,000.  The land will be utilized as a retail strip center.  Sam Swanson, David Hartnack and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller and Buyer.  Closing was held at Trustmark Title by Ashley Podwojski.
