Industrial Investment Properties Sold in Del City

RE911 Bryant, L.L.C. has purchased industrial properties at 320-321 South Bryant Place consisting of 32,012 square feet and 225 South Bryant Place consisting of 13,200 square feet from W.E.C., L.L.C. for $860,000. These facilities will be utilized as investments.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
