Space Leased at 112th Street Shops

Core Toning Project has leased a retail space at 112^th Street Shops located at 7154 Northwest 112^th Street, consisting of 1,020 rentable square feet from Lextina, L.L.C. Core Toning Project has 21 Robotic Exercise Toning Machines that Tone, Balance, Strengthen, and Stretch.  Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage service to the Lessee and the Lessor.
