Apartments at 144-180 Clay Drive Sold

Oaken Properties, L.L.C. has purchased an apartment complex located at 144-180 Clay Drive consisting of 16,640 square feet from DNG, L.L.C. for $900,000. This property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group brokered the transaction. Closing was held at Oklahoma Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.
