Oklahoma Property Investors V, L.L.C. has purchased Quail Ridge Tower Office Building located at 11212 North May Avenue consisting of 49,600 square feet from QRT Properties, L.L.C. for $2,000,000. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group worked with the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Company, Teresa Koeppe was the Escrow Officer.
