Keely has purchased an industrial property located at 1206 West Adams in
Purcell, consisting of 1.176 acres from Harper Gas and Oil, L.L.C. for
$159,000. The facility will be utilized for Keely-Harper Gas and Diesel. Irmon Gray and Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller. Closing
was held at Guaranty Abstract Company by Kristi Adkins.
