S.W. 44th & Western Leased

AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has ground leased 45,000 square feet from Vista Property Company in the Former Target Building at Southwest 44^th and Western. AutoZone will use this new facility as a Mega-Hub, to offer the best selection of car parts in the state. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
