Precision Mechanical has leased an industrial property located at 8401 North Classen Boulevard consisting of 1,900 square feet from Garrett & Company, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a heat and air mechanic shop.  Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
