C & N Masonry, L.L.C. has purchased a property
located at 240 Northwest 71st Street consisting of 2,400 square feet
from Avenue C Glass, Inc. for $225,000.
The facility will be utilized as an additional location. Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group handled
the transaction. Closing was held at Chicago
Title Company by Dawn Brooks.
