Professional Service Industries, Inc. has leased an industrial property located at 11825 South Portland consisting of 12,500 square feet from SBSW, Ltd, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized for engineering and testing.  Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
