New Retail planned for Bartlesville

Franklin Land Associates, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 2205 South Adams in Bartlesville consisting of 7.8 acres from Lowe’s Home Centers, L.L.C. for $1,200,000.  The land will be utilized as a new retail development.  David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
