Multi-Family Investment Property Sold

Good Head Homes, L.L.C. has purchased a multi-family property located at 1805 Northwest 22^nd Street consisting of 3,838 square feet on 0.18 acres from Wade Investments, L.L.C. for $285,000.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma by Lisa Kalman.
