Shopping Center in Altus Sold

Texas based Venture Enterprises, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1419-1501 North Main Street in Altus, OK from JES Group, L.L.C. The property is a 17,500 square foot retail center and was purchased for $660,000 for use as an investment. Sam Swanson & David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Bailey’s Abstract & Title, L.L.C. by Candice Kirouac.
