1140 North Hudson Sold

Midtown HC, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1140 North Hudson consisting of 49,000 square feet from North Oklahoma County Mental Health Center for $2,015,000.  The facility will be utilized as an office/investment. Irmon Gray and Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
