Parcel sold at 3401 East Memorial Road

Twenty Seven Investments, L.L.C. has purchased a parcel of land located at 3401 East Memorial Road consisting of 0.51 acres from Wellington Office Park 1, L.L.C. for $125,900.  The site will be utilized as a new location for Jividen and Company.  Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
