Coil Living Trust has purchased an industrial property
located at 9211 South Shields Boulevard consisting of 5,000 square feet on 2 acres
from 9211 Associates, L.LC. for $225,000.
The facility will be utilized as an investment property. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled
the transaction. Closing was held at Old
Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
