Northwest 10th and Virginia Drive Sold

DJD Development has purchased land located at Northwest 10^th and Virginia Drive consisting of 1.79 acres from The Pezeshkian Living Trust for $212,110.  The land will be utilized as a retail development location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title by Barbara Chatman.
