Industrial Property Sells in DBD District of Oklahoma City

Lumberyard Development, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 101 Southeast 4^th Street consisting of 5.61 acres from Bill and Patty Smith Family, LP for $8,000,000.  The property was purchased as an investment location for future development.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Capitol Abstract and Title Company by Andrea McAlister.
