2532 Northwest 29th Street Office Building Sells

HNA Enterprises, L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 2532 Northwest 39^th Street consisting of 1,616 square feet from Diamant Enterprises, Inc. for $85,000.  The facility will be utilized as the new office location for OKC Home Realty Services, L.L.C., Scott Nachatilo, Broker/Owner, after further remodeling.  Eddy Hrdlicka with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Group by Christi Cina.
