3.71 acres sold at Northwest 164th and Pennsylvania

Arch Properties, L.L.C. has purchased 3.71 acres located at the northeast corner of Northwest 164^th Street and Pennsylvania from Fenwest, L.L.C. for $1,250,000.  Sam Swanson and David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title & Trust Company by Pilar Beare.
