Lot sold in Richmond Square

Elite Sign Company has purchased a property located at Lot 20 in Richmond Square consisting of 0.45 acres more or less from Joseph Williams and Shabbir Chaudry for $88,280.12.  Brad Baker with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Tracie Daniels.
