Lot 4 Realty, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 15304 North May Avenue consisting of 27,614 square feet from The Reserve on May, L.L.C. for $177,500.  This lot is in The Reserve on May and will be developed as an office building. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at First American Title and Trust by Pilar Beare.
