Woolley Tool, Inc. has leased a property located at 7980 Highway 3 in Okarche consisting of 8,500 square feet on 5 acres more or less from Bradford and Mary Zimmerman.  The building will be utilized as an oilfield support and service. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled this transaction.
