6500 Southeast 74th Street Sold!

Eddie Patterson has purchased a property located 6500 Southeast 74^th Street consisting of 7,500 square feet on 2.95 acres more or less from T & S Leasing for $650,000.  This business is Patterson Motor Freight and will be utilized as an Oklahoma based trucking facility. Brad Baker with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Title and Abstract at 50 Penn Place by Tracie Daniels.
