Redlands Contracting, L.L.C. have leased a space located at 5601 Northwest 72^nd Street, Suite 308 consisting of 1,365 sf from 56 Expressway Place L.L.C.  This business will be utilized as an office for their contracting business.  Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Landlord and Tom Vaught with LaGree Associates represented the tenant.
