Tristate Enterprises, Inc. has leased a property located at 1405 South Central consisting of 10,800 square feet from Central Avenue Warehouse, L.L.C.  This property will be utilized as a distribution facility for Tristate Enterprises, Inc. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
