Industrial Land Sale

Spinnaker Oilfield Services has purchased a property located at the Jenson Road and Alfadale in Rural Canadian County consisting of 6.43 acre more or less from Coil Family Trust for $119,300.  This business is an oilfield supply company and the location will be utilized as a disbursement location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
