124 Acres Sold in Canadian County

Belmont Point, L.L.C. has purchased land located in Canadian County consisting of 124 acres more or less from EAH, L.L.C. for $750,000.  This property will be utilized as an investment. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at First American Title and Trust Company by Tracy J. Anderson.
