Avery, Kurtz & Valerio, PLLC has leased a property located at 4045 Northwest 64^th Street, Suite 160 consisting of 1,196 square feet from Lakepointe West, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as a land/title attorney office.  Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
