School Land Sold!

Old School Land, L.L.C. has purchased a land located at the corner of Musgrave Boulevard and Gold Medal Drive consisting of 8.45 acres from Independent School District #89 for $60,000.  The Buyer purchased the land as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at American Eagle Title Company by Mary Gardner.
