Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—April 2013 

Hampel Leasing Company, Inc. has purchased a property located at 8000 South Pole Road consisting of 36.99 acres more or less from DKH Enterprises, Inc and Armour Realty, Inc. for $825,000.  This business is Hampel Oil Company and will be utilized as a distribution/office location. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer and Bob Puckett with Price Edwards represented the Seller.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
