Former John Marshall High School Sold!

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—April 2013 

Premier Assets, Inc. has purchased the former John Marshall High School located at 9017 North University consisting of the original building of over 200,000 square feet on 20 acres of land from the Oklahoma City School Board for $400,000.  The buyer’s intended use for the property is unknown.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Tim Strange with Sperry Van Ness represented the Buyer. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company by Barbara Chatman.
