Land parcel sold in Centennial Plaza

Bixby, Oklahoma—February 2013 

JDH Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased a piece of land located at Centennial Plaza in Bixby, Oklahoma, consisting of 1.10 acres from Eagle SOE Multi I, Inc. for $505,000.  The new owners of this piece of land plan to develop the parcel into two individual office buildings.  David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Seller and Grant Stewart with Adwon Properties handled the transaction. Closing was held at Commercial Title & Escrow Services, Inc. by Susan Atherton.
