Growing Oil and Gas Company Leases New Space!

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—February 2013 

Cedar Creek Energy Solutions, L.L.C. leased a property located at 7301 North Broadway Extension consisting of 722 square feet from 7301 Partners, L.L.C.  This space will be utilized as an office for the land resources company. Nicole Mayes with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Lessee and George Huffman with Interwest Realty represented the Lessor.
