Starbucks in Lawton Sold!

Lawton, Oklahoma—December 2012 

Millennium Trust Company, Custodians for Sbrown and Associates, CRE has purchased a property located at 3908 Cache Road consisting of 17,424 square feet from Douglas and Merrily Graham Trust for $1,000,000. Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Company by Jackie Hatton.
