Development Land Sells

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma—December 2012 

NOCMHC has purchased a property located at North Villa and General Pershing Boulevard consisting of 11.8 acres from Oklahoma Realty Development Company, L.L.C. for $601,128.  This business is North Oklahoma County Mental Health Center and will be utilized as an office center.  Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
