Lincoln Boulevard consisting of 1,500 square feet from Lincoln Memorial
Business Park, L.L.C. Mr. Chin plans on
making this space the base of operations and distribution point for his
telecommunications business. David Hartnack with NAI Sullivan Group handled the
transaction.
