Multi Family Land Sold!

Canyon Ranch Limited Partnership has purchased land located at Westpointe Parkway consisting of 14.26 acres from Rockwell, L.L.C. for $1,000,076.61.  This land will be used for development of multi family housing.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction
