Sell of Southeast 59th and Byers

Ochoa Andrada Construction has purchased a property located at Southeast 59^th and Byers consisting of 3.29 acres from BBB Properties, L.L.C. for 195,000.  The land will be utilized as development land. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Barbara Chatman.
