Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association has purchased a
property located at 770 East Britton Road consisting of 3,885 square feet from 770
E. Britton Road, L.L.C. for $750,000. OVMA
will utilize the building as general office space. Susan Davis Jordan, CCIM with
NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer and Monica Uhland with Hocker and
Associates represented the Seller.
Closing was held at Capitol Abstract and Title Company by Andrea
McAlister.
